charity donations
During 2004
our donations have been going to the Vervet Monkey Foundation, a
rehabilitation and education sanctuary in South Africa that is looking
after vervet monkies.
Our
donation was used to constuct a 25,000 cubic metre enclosure for
the rehabilitation of orphaned monkeys. The enclosure was named
"Goliath" and opened in July of 2005.
The
picture is of "Aboo". You can read more and adopt a monkey
online at http://www.enviro.co.za.
The Vervet Monkey Foundation deals with many injured animals, including
orphaned babies, with the aim of releasing creatures back in to
the wild where possible.
During
2005 we supported the work of Advance, a neuromotive rehabilitation
centre for children and young adults with cerebral palsy and other
brain injuries. Advance have developed a respiratory therapy that
gradually restores the abnormal blood supply found in brain injured
children, who display a steady pattern of permanent restorative
change in areas ranging from limb control to digestion and intellectual
ability.
The
amazing therapy developed at Advance can treat a broad spectrum
of disabilities caused by brain damage or brain abnormalities: cerebral
palsy, microcephaly, floppiness, development delay, learning disability,
autism, down's syndrome, angelman's syndrome, west syndrome, vaccine
damage, epilepsy, dyspraxia, head injury, stroke and scoliosis.

During
2006 we wanted to help people directly with fresh juices, and set
about operating 3 months of retreat providing fresh juices, raw
food and yoga. The retreats were a huge success and have spawned
a separate venture named Winter Sun Retreats.
We
witnessed the healing power of raw food and juices, transforming
people in a single week. Improvements and disappearance of IBS,
Asthma, Eczema and Arthritis were common.

For
2007 our aim is to
'get-juicing', we want more juice bars in the UK - one on every
high street. We will be helping people getting started with advice,
equipment, and supplier links. If you are interested, please contact
us for further details.
