L'Equip Dehydrator
£129The L’Equip Dehydrator offers 7½ square feet of drying space, featuring temperature controlled drying throughout its six trays with the option of adding further trays to increase the drying area. Trays are squarer then with the Stockli but feature the same cut-out centre column inherent to the vertical drying design.
Excalibur Dehydrator - 5 / 9 Tray

Stockli Dehydrator
£89 / £99Low cost vertical dehydrator supplied with 3 trays and a clear lid. The benefit of vertical dryers is their expandability although drying efficiency decreases with higher trays. The Stockli is available either with or without a timer and offers 3 square feet out of the box.
SM D-5 Dehydrator
£239The D-5 Stainless Steel Dehydrator, with 5 stainless steel drying trays, is more compact than our larger commercial deyhdrators and is highly suitable for home use for customers seeking the highest build quality and hygiene level available in a dehydrator. Drying space totals just over 8 square feet, slightly more then the Excalibur 5 tray.
SM D-10 Lite-Commercial Dehydrator
£339With very similar dimernsions to the Excalibur 9 tray this 10 tray beauty clocks in a little over 16 square feet of drying space as well as the space age stainless steel construction common to this range. You also have a louvered door, accomodating tray pitch and the easiest cleanup in the trade.
SM D-14 Commercial Dehydrator
£799The D-14 offers over 36 square feet of drying space - more then double that of the 9 tray excalibur. You also get 2 fans, a digital control panel with 99 hour timer and a huge drying temperature range. This is a beautiful piece of kit and an industry favourite too.
