The
ultimate in home gardening! Clone annuals, perennials, vegi's and
anything clonable....year round. For rapid crop production, optimal
root oxygenation and unbelievable growth rates.
The
EasyGrow is an Aeroponic system, which means the roots are fed optimally
with water and oxygen rather then just water alone. This accelerates
growing versus traditional hydroponic systems. Where the EasyGrow
excels in in it's capacity & versatility. A single EasyGrow unit
houses 30 grow nets which is significantly more then the 7 pod AeroGarden.
Additionally the EasyGrow isn't limited to starting with seeds, you
can also start with cuttings. For plants that are cloneable this means
you can cut your growing times in half and accelerate plant/food production.
Cloning also offers the benefit of a genetically identical new plant
- ideal compared with risking a new seed. You can choose your own
organic seeds of course and there is no tie-in to branded seeds and
nutrients.
The
EasyGrow works utilizing the same patented mist generator as found
in the highly regarded EasyGreen Sprouter. A mixture of pressurized
oxygen and water (which you can freely add nutrients to if you choose)
is emmited by the mist generator, generating a 100% humidity environment,
resulting in snow white roots and sturdy foliage.
The
Patented Misting technology filters the surrounding air through a
carbon filter prior to pressurizing into a micro-droplet fine mist.
The air pressure within the unit combined with the lack of heat from
any pumps produces the fastest and best cuttings you’ve ever
seen. EasyGrow forces less than a 6 micron particle of solution to
each and every cutting. This is preferable to streams of water used
in typical hydroponic systems.
| The
EasyGrow will be £179, but you can reserve yours for just
£129, saving you £50. To

Aeroponics
vs Hydroponics

This pictures
shows an aerated flow hydroponic technique, where
air is pumped into the water and the roots remains submerged. Many
crops fail due to suffocation as oxygen is critical.

This picture
shows an ebb and flow, also known as a flood
and drain hydroponic technique, where the water is drained
periodically throughout the day to provide atmospheric oxygen to the
roots.

Here is the EasyGrow
Mistaponic configuration, with a constant micro droplet oxygenated
fog. This technique is known as aeroponics and provides abundant oxygen
and water without suffocation.
The
mist generator of the EasyGrow Mistaponic Garden, spinning at 3,000
RPM, feeds the growing chamber with a mixture of pressurized oxygen
and nutrient solution. The resulting slight pressure virtually forces
the cuttings to root. Misting roots and cuttings, instead of spraying
or irrigating, breaks the water down to it's molecular level, adding
pressurized oxygen to the solution and making absorption easier for
the young plant roots. Fresh air is supplied from outside the machine
using a filter to minimize contamination. No more clogging of sprinklers,
no external lines or pumps - truly self-contained and human friendly.

AEROPONICS - Advanced
food production for earth and space:
NASA,
the American Space Agency, have invested funds into aeroponic research
for the purpose of clean accelerated plant grow in space. The technology
has already proven effective on board its space shuttle and MIR space
station.
Back
on earth the EasyGreen systems were used on the film set for the 2007
film Sunshine DNA, Directed by Danny Boyle (Trainspotting) and written
by Alex Garland (The Beach). The film has a massive set called the Oxygen
Garden where the ships oxygen and plant food is grown. Sadly, everything
gets blown up, but later in the film, character Corazon (Michelle Yeoh)
discovers a remaining fragmant of EasyGreen production - a single sunflower
green!
