1.
Ordering
Your credit or debit card is authorised at the time of order,
whether online or by phone, and the order forwarded immediately
to dispatch. An instant order confirmation will be transmitted
via email if you provided your email address.
2. Dispatch
We expect to dispatch your order the same day if ordered by 4pm.
However, this is not a guarantee and at busy times your order
may no be dispatched the same day.
3. Delivery
We do not offer a guaranteed delivery but do work solely with
an overnight courier (UK only). We cannot offer a delivery time.
Delivery times are Monday – Friday, 8.30 – 17.30.
If no one is available to accept delivery a card is left and a
repeat attempt is automatically made the next day. In some situations
the courier may be willing to leave the package with a neighbour
or without a signature somewhere safe. However, this is at the
delivery drivers discretion and outside of our control.
4. Damages
Damages in transit should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
5. Cancellation
Under distance selling regulations you may cancel your order at
any time up to 7 workings days after receipt of your goods. Under
these regulations you are entitled to a full refund including
shipping. If you choose to cancel your order we will collect the
goods from you and process a refund upon inspection of the return
goods. In order to exercise your right to cancel, the goods must
be unused and in their original undamaged packaging.
6. Returns – unused goods
You may return your product for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
The product must be unused and the packaging undamaged. Our shipping
cost will be deducted from the final refund value, regardless of
whether shipping was charged on the order. Our courier shipping
costs are £10 (inclusive of VAT). If you wish you may use

your goods, ensuring safe carriage, and saving you a trip to the
Post Office (many small Post Offices are unable to accept packages
over 10Kg).
7. Returns – used goods
Where a product has been used we may be able to accept a return
if the product is in re-saleable condition. There may be a restocking
fee of up to a maximum of 15% of the product value.

Warranty
Once the product has been used, the warranty is in effect (regardless
of warranty registration). If a warranty document is not included
with your product you can view warranties online at www.livingearth.co.uk/warranties.
The warranties at this address are final and replace any documentation
provided within the product packaging, which may be a (lesser)
manufacturer guarantee.
9. Claims
In the event of a fault with your product, you must contact us
prior to returning your faulty goods. Faulty products returned
without authorization risk being lost. In most cases a product
can be restored to full working order by dispatching a replacement
part. In the event of necessary repair, we endeavour to fix or
replace your product and return it within 1 week.
10. Warranty returns
If your product is less than 30 days old we will gladly collect
and return your product at our expense. For products older than
30 days, the customer must incur the cost of returning the product
to us. We will gladly return the product for free. You may use
our courier service to return your goods, ensuring safe carriage,
and saving you a trip to the Post Office (many small Post Offices
are unable to accept packages over 10Kg). Our courier shipping
costs are £10 (inclusive of VAT).
11. Territories outside the UK
For territories outside the UK, the customer must incur ALL shipping
costs (2-way) in the event of warranty activation. Transit times
and costs vary. |
